Reality Bites Martial Arts runs progressive and structured courses in Self Protection to the public, schools & colleges, businesses and private individuals. Through many years of experience training in a variety of martial art disciplines we teach a unique, no-nonsense approach to personal safety and self defence in today's modern society

From experience and many years of martial arts training we know that understanding good body mechanics and 'principles' are far more important than knowing a hundred different techniques to defend yourself

Our unique training methods and structure allows the practitioner to become confident at all ranges of combat whilst reaping all the physical and mental benefits associated with martial arts and fitness training
